• Using POS system: when you click / tap on the aiSell link while logged in your POS (point-of-sale / payment) system, you are taken to the aiSell web application and are automatically logged in without any user-id or password
• Direct: when you install the aiSell app into your POS system, aiSell automatically creates an account and sends a password-reset link to the account owner’s email address to set the password. Once you set the password, you can log into aiSell app directly from aiSell website using this user-id and password
• Direct: if you forget your aiSell password, you can click on password reset link in the aiSell app to send a reset link to your registered email address

The artificial intelligence system in aiSell app needs access to all your POS data to process and generate insights. The app needs POS permissions to read this data. The aiSell app does not change anything in your POS account and does not request any permissions to modify anything in your POS account

• If you have been invited by aiSell to use the service and been given a referral code to signup, the service is free of charge to your business for the stated duration
• If you sign up for the service on the aiSell website or your POS system without an invite, the first month of trial service is always free. After that your POS system charges the amount shown there for the aiSell app. This price is clearly shown in your POS system at the time of installing the aiSell app. Usually, and for most of the POS systems, it is $19.99 per month for merchants with less than $50K monthly sales and less than 1000 customers. Merchants operating with higher sales or customers pay $49.99 per month
• If your business is suitable for us to learn from and further develop the aiSell app, and if you agree to help us improve aiSell app, we will happily waive any aiSell fees for your business
• If your business does not qualify for free service and your POS system does not automatically charge your account for the app, aiSell will bill you directly

• You can sign up for a free trial from the aiSell website or sign up directly using your POS system. The signup information is used to determine whether we can give you the access for free of charge
• We also invite some merchants directly to participate in helping us improve our service. Those merchants are given referral codes that give them access free of charge
• Regardless, if you would like free access, please send us a note via the contact form on the website or send us an email to request a referral code for free-of-charge access

• After you submit the signup survey, aiSell will review the data and will need to approve your account for the insights to be generated. We will let you know about the approval soon after you have signed up
• Insights are generated only for the merchants who have accepted aiSell’s terms-of-service and privacy policy. Please make sure that you have done that by logging into the aiSell app
• The artificial intelligence system needs all the data from your POS system to generate the insights. The data synchronization process is started soon after you connect your POS to aiSell and accept the terms of service. It may take anywhere from minutes to days to synchronize your data and generate insights, depending on how much data your POS account has
